The service
ScrollMob shows your ads, videos, thumbnails, product images and titles to AI-simulated people and predicts which version performs best. It can also make new AI versions of your content. Results are predictions, not guarantees: real results depend on your audience, platform, targeting and timing.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens in your account. One person, one account: creating extra accounts to get more free tests is not allowed, and we may remove free tests or close accounts that do.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload. You confirm you have the right to use it, and you give us permission to process it only to run your tests and make the versions you ask for. Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual or that you do not have rights to.
Credits
- Tests and AI versions use credits. The cost is shown before you run anything.
- If a test or AI version fails, its credits are returned automatically.
- Credit packs are paid once and do not expire.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Monthly plans
- Plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. Each paid month gives you that plan's credits.
- Monthly plan credits do not roll over to the next month.
- You can cancel anytime from Manage plan. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
- Upgrades are charged right away for the rest of the month and add the extra credits at once. Downgrades start at the next month.
Refunds
If something went wrong with a payment, email us within 14 days at hello@scrollmob.com. We refund purchases whose credits have not been used. Used credits and past months of a plan are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Changes and availability
We may change features, credit costs or prices. Price changes for plans apply from your next month, and we will tell you before they do. We work to keep ScrollMob running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
Liability
ScrollMob is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on predictions, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
